Sunday Cable Ratings - 'MTV Video Music Awards,' 'Fear the Walking Dead,' 'The Night Of,' 'The Last Ship,' 'Power' & More!

On August 28, 2016, MTV's 2016 MTV Video Music Awards was the highest rated show on cable with a 1.78 - followed by AMC's Fear the Walking Dead (1.59), MTV's VMA Pre-Show (0.99) and HBO's The Night Of (0.86).

Fear the Walking Dead was the most viewed program with 3.661 million viewers - followed by NBC Sports' NASCAR Racing (3.377), 2016 MTV Video Music Awards (3.273) and TNT's The Last Ship (2.544).
