UPDATED Sunday Ratings - 'American Idol' Ticks Up and Leads Night; 'Instinct' and 'Deception' Drop; 'Timeless' Steady

On April 22, 2018, ABC won in the Adults 18-49 demographic with a 1.15 rating - followed by FOX (0.73), CBS (0.68) and NBC (0.63).

Furthermore, CBS won in total viewers with 7.389 million viewers - followed by ABC (5.930), NBC (3.943) and FOX (1.700).
