UPDATED Friday Ratings - '20/20,' 'What Would You Do?' and 'Masters of Illusion' Tick Up; 'TKO: Total Knock Out' Steady

On August 10, 2018, NBC won in the Adults 18-49 demographic with a 0.53 rating - followed by ABC (0.48), CBS (0.47), FOX (0.40) and The CW (0.35).

Furthermore, CBS won in total viewers with 3.281 million viewers - followed by NBC (2.645), ABC (2.602), FOX (1.808) and The CW (1.370).

FOX aired all repeats for the evening.
