UPDATED Friday Ratings - NBC Leads 'Stand Up to Cancer' Coverage; 'Dateline' Rises; '20/20' Premieres Steady

On September 7, 2018, NBC won in the Adults 18-49 demographic with a 0.60 rating - followed by ABC (0.43), CBS (0.33), FOX (0.25) and The CW (0.20).

Furthermore, NBC won in total viewers with 3.603 million viewers - followed by ABC (2.633), CBS (2.251), The CW (1.030) and FOX (0.979).
