Cable Live+7 Ratings - 'Teen Mom 2,' 'Below Deck' and 'Project Blue Book' Lead the Week in Growth

For the week of January 14-20, 2019, MTV's Teen Mom 2 posted the highest gains on cable after 7 days of DVR usage with a 0.6 - followed by Bravo's Below Deck (0.6), Discovery's Gold Rush (0.5), Bravo's The Real Housewives of Atlanta (0.5) and History's The Curse of Oak Island (0.5).
