UPDATED Sunday Ratings - 'Academy of Country Music Awards' Leads Night; 'American Idol' Falls to New Series Low

On April 7, 2019, CBS won in the Adults 18-49 demographic with a 1.43 rating - followed by ABC (0.90), NBC (0.60), FOX (0.57) and The CW (0.10).

Furthermore, CBS won in total viewers with 9.764 million viewers - followed by ABC (5.269), NBC (2.922), FOX (1.455) and The CW (0.405).

The CW aired all repeats for the evening.


UPDATE - The repeat of The Simpsons was adjusted up.
