Thursday Cable Ratings - 'College Football,' 'Dr. Pimple Popper,' 'Surviving R. Kelly,' 'The First 48,' 'Project Runway' & More!

On January 2, 2020, ESPN's College Football was the highest rated show on cable with a 1.07 - followed by TLC's Dr. Pimple Popper (0.60), TLC's My Feet Are Killing Me (0.56), Lifetime's Surviving R. Kelly (0.44) and A&E's The First 48 (0.39).
