UPDATED Saturday Ratings - 'NBA Basketball' Leads Night; 'Almost Family' Concludes Slightly Down

On February 22, 2020, ABC won in the Adults 18-49 demographic with a 0.47 rating - followed by NBC (0.33), CBS (0.30) and FOX (0.25).

Furthermore, CBS won in total viewers with 3.090 million viewers - followed by NBC (2.092), ABC (1.639) and FOX (0.870).

NBC aired all repeats for the evening.
