Tuesday Cable Ratings - 'Teen Mom 2,' 'Little People, Big World,' 'The Haves and the Have Nots,' 'The Misery Index' & More!

On October 20, 2020, Fox News' Tucker Carlson Tonight was the highest rated show on cable with a 0.47 - followed by Fox News' Hannity (0.44), CNN's Cuomo Prime Time (0.36), CNN's Anderson Cooper 360 (0.36) and MTV's Teen Mom 2 (0.35).
