Thursday Cable Ratings - 'NFL Football,' 'Jersey Shore: Family Vacation,' 'Southern Charm,' 'Flip or Flop,' 'The First 48' & More!

On November 19, 2020, NFL Network's NFL Football was the highest rated show on cable with a 0.79 - followed by MTV's Jersey Shore: Family Vacation (0.52), Fox News' Tucker Carlson Tonight (0.40), CNN's Anderson Cooper 360 (0.39) and CNN's Cuomo Prime Time (0.37).
