Wednesday Cable Ratings - 'NBA Draft,' 'The Real Housewives of Orange County,' 'All Elite Wrestling: Dynamite,' 'Sistas' & More!

On November 18, 2020, ESPN's 2020 NBA Draft was the highest rated show on cable with a 1.10 - followed by Fox News' Tucker Carlson Tonight (0.41), CNN's Cuomo Prime Time (0.38), CNN's Anderson Cooper 360 (0.38) and TNT's All Elite Wrestling: Dynamite (0.37).
