UPDATED Thursday Ratings - 'New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest' Draws Same Audience as a Year Ago

On December 31, 2020, ABC won in the Adults 18-49 demographic with a 2.72 rating - followed by NBC (0.96), FOX (0.65), CBS (0.28) and The CW (0.12).

Furthermore, ABC won in total viewers with 9.308 million viewers - followed by NBC (4.661), CBS (2.707), FOX (2.194) and The CW (0.496).

CBS and The CW aired all repeats for the evening.

UPDATE - Primetime New Year's Rockin' Eve, New Year's Eve: Escape From 2020, NBC's New Year's Eve 2021, FOX's New Year's Eve Toast & Roast 2021 and the repeat of Mom were adjusted up.
