Thursday Cable Ratings - 'NBA Basketball,' 'The First 48,' 'Jersey Shore: Family Vacation,' 'Summer House,' 'Go-Big Show' & More!

On February 18, 2021, TNT's NBA Basketball was the highest rated show on cable with a 0.75 - followed by A&E's The First 48 (0.35), MTV's Jersey Shore: Family Vacation (0.32), CNN's Cuomo Prime Time (0.28) and CNN's Anderson Cooper 360 (0.28).
