Wednesday Cable Ratings - 'The Challenge,' 'NBA Basketball,' 'Married at First Sight,' 'Sistas,' 'My 600-Lb. Life' & More!

On February 3, 2021, MTV's The Challenge was the highest rated show on cable with a 0.54 - followed by ESPN's NBA Basketball (0.33), TNT's All Elite Wrestling: Dynamite (0.32), MSNBC's The Rachel Maddow Show (0.31) and CNN's Cuomo Prime Time (0.31).
