Thursday Cable Ratings - 'NBA Basketball,' 'Floribama Shore,' 'The First 48,' 'MLB Baseball,' 'Top Chef,' 'No Demo Reno' & More!

On April 1, 2021, TNT's NBA Basketball was the highest rated show on cable with a 0.33 - followed by MTV's Floribama Shore (0.30), A&E's The First 48 (0.28), ESPN's MLB Baseball (0.28) and History's Swamp People (0.26).
