- FX's American Horror Story has tapped Britne Oldford (Skins) to play the recurring role of Alma in the series' upcoming second season. Alma is one of the patients holed up at the institution for the criminally insane run by Jessica Lange's character.
- FOX's new comedy, The Mindy Project, has picked Matt Warburton (The Simpsons, Community) to serve as executive producer/showrunner. Also joining the series today are Michael Spiller (Modern Family) as executive producer/director, Chris McKenna (American Dad, Community) as a co-executive producer, and Linwood Boomer (Malcolm in the Middle) as a consulting producer.
- Gilmore Girls alum Chris Eigeman will guest star on an upcoming episode of the ABC Family dramedy, Bunheads. Eigeman will appear in the eighth episode as Connor, the director of a play that Michelle (Sutton Foster) and Fanny (Kelly Bishop) attend.
