        Friday, April 5 - Sons of Anarchy star Katey Sagal will guest star on FOX's Glee. She joins the show to play Artie's (Kevin McHale) mother. She will appear in the Stevie Wonder tribute episode - entitled "Wonder-ful" - set to air on May 2.


British acting vet Richard E. Grant has landed a guest spot on the third season premiere of HBO's Girls - which is set to begin production shortly. Details are very sparse on his character with his name being Jasper the only pinnacle information released at the moment.

Angel vet J. August Richards has booked a mysterious and super top-secret role on the ABC drama pilot S.H.I.E.L.D. from Joss Whedon and starring Ming-Na and Clark Gregg - which wrapped filming in February.

Steven Weber (Dallas, Wings) and Mimi Kirkland have joined the cast of the TNT drama pilot Murder in the First from Steven Bochco and starring Taye Diggs and Kathleen Robertson. Weber will play Bill Wilkerson, Applicon CEO's all-American personal pilot who is very protective of his boss. Kirkland will play the daughter of Hildy Mulligan (Robertson).

Diedrich Bader will reprise his role on TV Land's The Exes as a co-worker of Holly's (Kristen Johnston) on an upcoming episode.

Go On star Laura Benanti has joined the upcoming fifth season of USA's Royal Pains in a recurring role. She will play Shelby Shackelford, the dynamic new Senior VP of Acquisitions at Symphony Health Systems, a health care company trying to buy Hamptons Heritage Hospital. She comes to the Hamptons and brings an unexpected vision for the hospital that may mean new competition for HankMed.

Sean Faris and Roma Maffia have landed recurring roles on the upcoming fourth season of ABC Family's Pretty Little Liars as new state investigators coming into Rosewood. The pair will make their debut in the fourth episode.

Newcomer Bianca Santos has joined the cast of ABC Family's new drama series The Fosters in a recurring role. She will play Lexi, the best friend to fraternal twin Mariana Foster (Cierra Ramirez).

Julian Sands (Smallville, 24) will appear in three episodes of the upcoming second season of Cinemax's Banshee. He will play Rabbit's (Ben Cross) equally dangerous younger brother who is also a devout and amoral Ukrainian priest.

Hart of Dixie vet Tim Matheson will appear on CBS' CSI in a two-episode arc that will cover the season 13 finale and the season 14 premiere. He will play Mr. Tate, a handsome, sophisticated and highly intelligent Ph.D and M.D. who is a main suspect in a series of Dante's Inferno-inspired killings.

Marla Sokoloff (The Practice) and Shannon Elizabeth (American Pie) will guest on upcoming episodes of ABC Family's Melissa & Joey. Sokoloff will play Blythe, a smart and confident chiropractor who hits it off with Joe (Joey Lawrence) but has a big secret. Elizabeth will play Anita, Mel's (Melissa Joan Hart) college roommate and sorority sister who has become annoying in the years since. Sokoloff will appear in episode seven while Elizabeth will guest in episode eight.
