TV News - 'Divorce: A Love Story,' 'The John Mulaney Show,' 'Oxygen,' 'Californication,' 'Elementary,' 'Sullivan & Son,' 'Perception,' 'The Exes,' 'Law & Order: SVU,' 'Undateable' & 'Twisted'

        Tuesday, April 9 - Amy Aquino (Being Human, ER) has joined the cast of the ABC comedy pilot Divorce: A Love Story starring Jason Jones, Andrea Anders & Regina King. She will play Kenny's (Jones) overbearing mother whose obsession in life is to see Kenny and Robin (Anders) back together.

Comedian Seaton Smith has been cast on the NBC comedy pilot The John Mulaney Show in the final series regular role. The comedy is a young ensemble focused on John (John Mulaney), whose naive and often pointless, desire to "be a good person" challenges his friendship with his roommates, Jane (Nasim Pedrad) and Seymour (Griffin Newman). With no real compass in life, John takes advice from his game-show host mentor Lou (Martin Short), a comic named Motif (Smith) and his tough elderly gay neighbor (Elliot Gould).

Chuck vet Vik Sahay has booked a guest spot on the untitled NBC comedy pilot from Victor Fresco and starring Sean Hayes. He will play a nerdy, slightly aggressive IT guy.

Ben and Kate scene-stealer Maggie Elizabeth Jones has joined the cast of two pilots this year - The CW's Oxygen and CBS' untitled comedy pilot starring Debra Messing and Paul Adelstein. Her role on Oxygen is that of playing a young version of the female lead, Emery (Aimee Teegarden) in flashbacks. On the CBS comedy pilot, she will play one of Ella's (Messing) daughters.

Michael Imperioli (The Sopranos, Life on Mars, Detroit 187) has joined the upcoming seventh season of Showtime's Californication for a major recurring role. He will play play Rick Rath, a successful old-school television producer who will be a key role in Hank's (David Duchovny) latest venture.

Natalie Dormer (Game of Thrones, The Tudors) has landed a major three-episode arc on CBS' Elementary. She will play Irene Adler, Sherlock Holmes' (Jonny Lee Miller) former lover whose tragic and mysterious murder by Moriarty caused his downward spiral into drug addition. She will first appear in the May 9 episode with things building to a climax in the two-hour season finale.

TBS comedy Sullivan & Son will return for its 10-episode second season on Thursday, June 13 at 10/9c.

Veep star Reid Scott has landed a guest role on the upcoming second season of TNT's Perception. He will appear as a brain surgeon who helps determine the mental stability of a self-proclaimed murderer. Additionally, he may be a new love interest for Agent Moretti (Rachael Leigh Cook).

Jodi Lyn O'Keefe (Prison Break) will guest star on the upcoming third season premiere of TV Land's The Exes. She will play a sex-shop employee.

Law & Order: Criminal Intent star Kathryn Erbe is making her way back to NBC's Law & Order: SVU for her second appearance this season. She will play up again in a May sweeps episode where someone related to Fin's (Ice T) past as a narcotics officer begins making trouble for the SVU detective and squad. Also appearing in the episode are hip-hop artist 2 Chainz, Emilio Rivera (Sons of Anarchy), Yul Vasquez (Magic City) and Cathy Moriarty (Raging Bull).

Aly Michalka has exited the NBC comedy pilot Undateable from Bill Lawrence and will be replaced with Briga Heelan. Heelan's role will now be billed as a guest star because of her existing commitment as the female lead on the TBS comedy pilot Ground Floor. She will play Maddie, a waitress in Justin's (Brent Morin) bar who is endlessly attracted to jerks and bad pickup lines but has a sweet spot for Justin.

Daya Vaidya (Unforgettable) and T.J. Ramini (The Bill) have booked recurring roles on the new ABC Family drama series Twisted. Vaidya will play Sandy, Kyle's (Sam Robards) tough and sexy female deputy who is helping with the main murder investigation. She is playful, smart and finishes her boss' sentences. She will first appear in the second episode. Ramini will drop by starting with the fourth episode as Danny's (Avan Jogia) father seen only in flashbacks.
