TV News - 'Bob's Burgers,' 'Major Crimes,' 'King & Maxwell,' 'Drop Dead Diva' & 'Twisted'

Wednesday, May 1 - Adult Swim has secured the off-network cable syndication rights to FOX's animated comedy Bob's Burgers. The deal includes seasons one through three of the series which will begin airing on the network this summer. The licensing fee was just under $500,000 per episode.

Emmy winner Tom Berenger (Hatfields & McCoys) will appear in three episodes of the upcoming second season of TNT's Major Crimes. He will play Jackson Raydor, Captain Sharon Raydor's (Mary McDonnell) estranged husband of 25 years. A brilliant lawyer, Jackson has taken a long break from working to follow his real passion, gambling, but he returns to Los Angeles to work as a court-appointed attorney. Charming and charismatic, Jackson becomes fast friends with Rusty (Graham Patrick Martin) but Sharon continues to remain wary.

Army Wives and JAG star Catherine Bell has booked a recurring role on TNT's upcoming new drama series King & Maxwell starring Jon Tenney and Rebecca Romijn. She will play Joan Dillinger, a mysterious ex-lover of Sean King (Tenney).

Justin Deeley has joined the cast of the upcoming fifth season of Lifetime's Drop Dead Diva as a new series regular. He will appear as Jane's (Brooke Elliot) new guardian angel, Paul. Funny, sweet and surprised by others' obsessions with his looks, Paul is blissfully unaware that he's not the sharpest knife in the shed.

Breaking Bad alum Christopher Cousins has been tapped for a recurring role on ABC Family's new drama series Twisted. He will play Mayor Rollins, who is described as having a mega-watt smile and exuding political charm and charisma. Despite his show of support for Police Chief Kyle Masterson's (Sam Robards) investigation into the Crane murder, Mayor Rollins is not at all pleased with the progress being made. He will first appear in the series' fifth episode.
