HBO Announces Fall Premiere Dates for 'Boardwalk Empire,' 'Hello Ladies' & 'Eastbound & Down'

        Thursday, June 6 - Today, HBO has announced the premiere dates for the new season of Boardwalk Empire, the final season of Eastbound & Down, the debut season of the Stephen Merchant-led comedy Hello Ladies and the new HBO film Clear History from Larry David.


The 12-episode fourth season of the Emmy-nominated drama Boardwalk Empire will premiere on Sunday, September 8 at 9/8c. New cast additions for the new season of Prohibition-era drama include Jeffrey Wright, Ron Livingston and Patricia Arquette.

Eastbound & Down - whose third season finale aired in April 2012 - will return for an 8-episode final season on Sunday, September 29 at 10/9c.

Hello Ladies, a new comedy starring and co-created by Stephen Merchant, will debut its 8-episode first season on Sunday, September 29 at 10:30/9:30c. In it, Merchant plays a gawky Englishman looking for love in Los Angeles. The Office alums Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky join Merchant in the writer's room.

Finally, the network's newest original film Clear History will debut on Saturday, August 10 at 9/8c. Larry David, Alec Berg, David Mandel and Jeff Schaffer co-wrote the movie. It stars David as a former marketing executive seeking revenge on his former boss. Directed by Greg Mottola, the film also co-stars Jon Hamm, Bill Hader, Phillip Baker Hall, Kate Hudson, Michael Keaton, Danny McBride, Eva Mendes, Amy Ryan and J.B. Smoove.
