TV News - 'Pretty Little Liars,' 'Nashville' & 'Psych'

Wednesday, June 19 - Kamar de los Reyes (One Life to Live) will guest star on an August episode of ABC Family's Pretty Little Liars. He will play Dominic, a well-respected swimming coach who is famous for having sent athletes to the Olympics.

Grammy-winning producer T. Bone Burnett will not be returning to ABC's Nashville - created by his wife Callie Khouri - as its executive music producer for its upcoming second season. "His slate of other film, television and recording projects would have made it impossible for him to return for a second season," Burnett's manager said in a statement. "He became close to many of the actors on Nashville, and wishes all of them - as well as the show's producers, writers and crew - all the best with the coming season." Buddy Miller, who served as Burnett's No. 2 during the first season, will now take over the role for Season 2.

Loretta Devine (The Client List, Grey's Anatomy) and Peggy Lipton (Mod Squad, Twin Peaks) will guest in the fifth episode of the upcoming eighth season of USA's Psych. Devine will play Melba Birdson, a former back-up singer for 1960s sensation Myles Valour Jr. Lassie (Timothy Omundson) tracks her down in a desperate attempt to gain information on a cold case from 1967 and finds her still performing after all these years. Lipton will play Scarlet Jones, reliving her days as the main squeeze of notorious mob boss Rodney Caruso. As Lassie begins to dig further into the case, he turns to Scarlett for information on the late Archie Baxter's supper club, where Myles' songs were regular fixtures and the line between cops and criminals were blurred.
