TV News - Comedy Central Renews 'Brickleberry'; 'Falling Skies' & 'Dallas' Add Series Regulars; Plus 4 More Updates!

Scarlett Byrne (the Harry Potter franchise) has joined the cast of TNT's Falling Skies as a new series regular. She will play a mysterious young woman with special powers and an unusual connection to the alien invaders.

TNT's Dallas has added Juan Pablo di Pace as a regular for its upcoming third season. He will play Nicolas Treviño, a powerful self-made billionaire businessman who comes across as a good, genuine guy but is hiding darker parts of his personality.

Royal Pains star Paulo Costanzo has booked a guest starring role on CBS' Criminal Minds. He will play Kansas City Police Detective Scott Miller, who has a chip on his shoulder. He will appear in the 11th episode of the season.

Comedy Central has renewed its animated comedy series Brickleberry for a 13-episode third season to premiere in fall 2014.

Alexa Vega (Spy Kids) has been cast on The CW's The Tomorrow People. She will play Hilary Cole, a new recruit brought into ULTA and a new rival for Stephen (Robbie Amell). With both in training, ULTRA only wants one of them to make it to the next stage of the program and will strip one of them of their powers. She will first appear in the series' eleventh episode.

Missi Pyle (Gone Girl) and Kurt Fuller (Us & Them) will appear on an upcoming episode of CBS' The Crazy Ones. Pyle will play Melora Evans, the daughter of an old colleague of Simon's (Robin Williams). Fuller will play Mitchell Payson, a straight-laced executive who is looking to hire the ad firm.

Star Wars star Carrie Fisher is heading to FXX's Legit for its second season. She will play Angela Greenberg, one of Hollywood's top comedy development executives who sees one of Jim's (Jim Jefferies) sets and offers to help boost his career - but she may have a hidden agenda as well.
