TV News - Alan Alda to Face James Spader on 'The Blacklist'; Maria Menounos Returning to 'The Mindy Project'; Plus 10 More Updates!

Marissa Neitling has joined TNT's The Last Ship as a new series regular. She will play a highly trained officer on the naval destroyer who works in the intelligence and weapons hub of the ship.

Kerry Condon (Rome, Luck) will appear on NBC's upcoming drama Believe. She will play Zoe Boyle, who works for Roman Skouras (Kyle MacLachlan) and considers herself the "mother" of the group of people Skouras has collected in his top-secret organization, Orchestra.

NBC's Revolution has added Mat Vairo (Switched at Birth) in a recurring role. He will play Connor, a sexy, charming, cocky and dangerous newcomer to the area.

Carlos Gomez (The Glades) will recur on FOX's new drama Gang Related. He will play Miguel Salazar, the head of a ruthless Mexican cartel and one of the biggest drug suppliers on the West Coast.

M*A*S*H star Alan Alda will guest on an upcoming episode of NBC's The Blacklist. He will play Crowley, a man from Red's (James Spader) past who reappears to warn Red that certain evidence must remain a secret or risk loosing his own life.

Maria Menounos is heading back to FOX's The Mindy Project for another multi-episode arc. On the comedy, she plays a fictionalized version of herself. She will return during the second season's holiday episode and become a love interest for Peter (Adam Pally).

Hiroyuki Sanada (The Wolverine) has landed a role on CBS' upcoming summer drama Extant starring Halle Berry. He will play a wealthy technological genius who put his wealth to work privatizing the world's space programs into a single entity.

Starz's new drama series Power has added a trio to its cast - Sinqua Walls, Kathrine Narducci and Adam Huss. Walls will play Shawn, once a promising college basketball player, who was injured and now works as Ghost's (Omari Hardwick) personal chauffeur. Narducci will play Frankie, a U.S. Attorney and Angela's (Lela Loren) boss in charge of an ongoing investigation into the drug trade. Huss will play Josh, the sharp new manager of Ghost's nightclub.
