CBS's SAVE THE DATE
  • Pilot Ordered - Comedy (Hybrid)
  • From That 70's Show alums Jackie and Jeff Filgo, Save the Date centers on Kate, 35 and newly single, who drunkenly books a wedding venue and now is faced with the tasked of meeting the right man in time. The project will be short in the same style as How I Met Your Mother, with multiple cameras but shorter scenes and no live studio audience. ABC Studios and CBS Television Studios will produce the pilot.
TNT's AGENT X
  • Jeff Hephner (Chicago Fire) has landed a starring role on the TNT action-drama pilot opposite Sharon Stone. He will play John Case aka Agent X, a 29-year-old secret agent who's called into action by the newly arrived Vice President (Stone) when the daughter of the FBI Director is kidnapped.
ABC's THE WINKLERS
  • Pilot Ordered - Comedy (Multi-Camera)
  • Inspired by Happy Days alum Henry Winkler's relationship with his son-in-law, The Winklers centers on an emotionally reserved construction worker who learns about love, life and hugs while unexpectedly living with his in-laws - Henry (expected to be played by Henry Winkler) and Stacey Winkler. The comedy hails from 20th Century Fox Television and Max Winkler & Jake Johnson's studio-based Walcott Company. The pilot was written by Everybody Loves Raymond creator Phil Rosenthal from a story by him, Max Winkler and Rob Reinis.
AMAZON's HAND OF GOD

  • Amazon Studios is gearing up for one of its most ambitious projects yet - a drama project written by Burn Notice executive producer Ben Watkins, to be directed by World War Z's Marc Forster and to star Sons of Anarchy alum Ron Perlman in the leading role. The streaming service is finalizing a deal to produce a pilot for the project - with production expected to start in March. Hand of God centers on the powerful Judge Harris Pernell (Perlman), a hard-living, law-bending married man with a high-end call girl on the side who has a religious awakening and starts having visions and hearing voices through his ventilator-bound son that could be God speaking to him. Forster, Perlman, Watkins, Jillian Kugler and Brian Wilkins will executive produce.
