TV News - Benjamin Bratt Joins '24: Live Another Day'; NBC Picks Up 3 More Comedy Pilots; Plus 8 More Updates!

Thomas Dekker (Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles) will reprise his guest starring role from the pilot for FOX's new drama Backstrom - this time as a series regular. He will play Gregory Valentine, a whip-smart young gay man - an ex-hustler turned fence/entrepreneurial crook who is Backstrom's (Rainn Wilson) tenant, decorator and underworld connection.

Eric Bogosian (Law & Order: Criminal Intent) has been cast in a multi-episode arc on CBS' The Good Wife. He will play an agent in the Office of Public Integrity who is convinced that Peter (Chris Noth) is guilty of voter fraud - and will do anything to prove it.

Michael Trucco (Killer Women) and Peter Coyote (The 4400) will guest star on CBS' Intelligence. Trucco will play Riley's (Meghan Ory) ex-boyfriend who has taken over as the detail leader of a Secret Service unit heading to Syria with a former U.S. president. Coyote will play Leland Strand, Lillian's (Marg Helgenberger) father who was the former director of the CIA.

Keke Palmer (Akeelah and the Bee) will appear on an upcoming episode of ABC's Grey's Anatomy. She will play a pregnant teen who seeks help from the Grey Sloan Memorial doctors during a late March episode.

Mark Boone Junior (Sons of Anarchy), Rosanna Arquette (Ray Donovan) and John Benjamin Hickey (The Big C) will guest on the February 5 episode of NBC's Law & Order: SVU. Hickey will play Tom Moore, a man who comes home from a business trip to find his young son Nicky is missing. The squad's investigation leads them to a criminal couple played by Junior and Arquette known for child endangerment.

Benjamin Bratt (Law & Order, Private Practice) has joined the cast of FOX's upcoming event series 24: Live Another Day. He will play Steve Harris, the head of CIA operations tasked with tracking down Jack (Kiefer Sutherland) in London.

  • NBC (3) -- Ellen More or Less (Pilot Ordered), comedy about a woman who recently shed 100 pounds; Love is Relative (Pilot Ordered), comedy where a couple starts to see their marriage differently; and Mission Control (Pilot Ordered), an Anchorman-style comedy about 1960s NASA.
