TV News - Sundance Sets 'The Red Road' Premiere Date; Sasheer Zamata Joins 'Saturday Night Live' Cast; Plus 3 More Updates!

Jonah Hill (The Wolf of Wall Street) has been tapped to host the January 25 episode of NBC's Saturday Night Live. He will be joined by musical guest Bastille.

In more Saturday Night Live news, Sasheer Zamata is joining the late night sketch comedy series as a new cast member. She will debut - as the first female black performer since Maya Rudolph left five years ago - during the next live show slated for January 18 with Drake as host and musical guest.

Sundance Channel will debut its newest original scripted drama series The Red Road on Thursday, February 27 at 9/8c. The six-episode series stars Martin Henderson, Jason Momoa, Julianne Nicholson, Tamara Tunie, Annalise Basso, Allie Gonino, Kiowa Gordon, Lisa Bonet and Tom Sizemore.

Netflix has released a full-length trailer for the upcoming second season of House of Cards starring Kevin Spacey, Robin Wright and Kate Mara. The entire season will debut on the streaming service on Friday, February 14.

The new seasons of Showtime's Shameless, House of Lies and Episodes don't debut until Sunday, January 12 but the network has released the premiere episodes for all three series online for fans.
