TV News - HBO Sets 'Game of Thrones,' 'Veep' & 'Silicon Valley' Premiere Dates; 'Devious Maids' Returning in April; Plus 8 More Updates!

HBO has confirmed that Game of Thrones, Veep and new comedy Silicon Valley will debut on Sunday, April 6 starting at 9/8c.

HBO has also announced that the upcoming fifth season of Boardwalk Empire - set to premiere fall 2014 - will be its final season. "We're thrilled to get the go-ahead for a fifth season of Boardwalk Empire," said creator Terry Winter. "After much discussion with my creative team and HBO, we've decided to wrap up the series after such a great run and look forward to bringing it to a powerful and exciting conclusion."

In more HBO news, the premium network will debut the six-episode improv comedy series Doll & Em, starring Emily Mortimer and Dolly Wells, on Wednesday, March 19 at 10/9c., presenting two half-hour episodes back-to-back for a three week run.

A&E's newest drama series Those Who Kill created by Glen Morgan starring Chloë Sevigny and James D'Arcy will debut on Monday, March 3 at 10/9c. - after the second season premiere of breakout hit Bates Motel. The first season will consist of 10 episodes.

Lifetime's hit drama series Devious Maids will return for its second season on Sunday, April 20 at 10/9c. Executive Producer Eva Longoria will make her television directorial debut with the second season premiere.

In more Devious Maids news, Mark Deklin (GCB, Lone Star) has joined the cast as a new series regular for the second season. He will play Nicholas, a handsome, charming, well-educated and wealthy Beverly Hills businessman/philanthropist with many secrets and whose first wife died under mysterious circumstances.

Camryn Manheim (The Practice, Person of Interest) will co-star on CBS' upcoming summer drama Extant starring Halle Berry. She will play Sam Barton, Molly's (Berry) best friend and closest confidant.

Molly Sims will reunite with her Las Vegas co-star James Lesure on an upcoming episode of his TBS comedy Men at Work. She will play Kelly, a lawyer living in the suburbs who Gibbs (Lesure) becomes enamored with.

Harry Lloyd (Game of Thrones) has been cast in a series regular role on WGN America's upcoming 13-episode drama series Manhattan. Cryptically, he will be playing one of the scientists at the center of the series.

Conan sidekick Andy Richter will guest star on an upcoming episode of NBC's Sean Saves the World. He will play a senatorial candidate with some impulse control issues.
