ABC's Last Man Standing; CBS' Mike & Molly & Under the Dome; FOX's The Mindy Project; and NBC's Parenthood.
ABC's LAST MAN STANDING
- Family Ties star Michael Gross has booked a guest spot on the Friday night comedy. He will play Mr. Hardin, a longtime no-nonsense math teacher who has seen standards drop over the years and struggles to hold the line.
NBC's PARENTHOOD
- Sarah Ramos is set to reprise her role as Haddie - Adam (Peter Krause) and Kristina's (Monica Potter) eldest daughter who's off at college - in the fifth season finale. This will mark her first appearance on the drama in over a year - after being bumped down to recurring status in the fourth season.
FOX's THE MINDY PROJECT
- Tim Daly (Private Practice) will guest star on an upcoming episode of the Tuesday night comedy. No details were made available on his character and how he comes to interact with Mindy (Mindy Kaling) and the rest of the OB-GYN staff.
CBS' UNDER THE DOME
- Showrunner Neal Baer has recruited his fellow ER alum Sherry Stringfield to appear in a major recurring role on the summer drama. She will play Pauline, a mysterious woman who may be connected to the origins of the dome. [SPOILER] It is unclear if her Pauline is the same Pauline mentioned in the Stephen King book which the drama is based - who is the late wife of Big Jim (Dean Norris) and mother to Junior (Alexander Koch).
CBS' MIKE & MOLLY
- Susan Sarandon is returning to the Monday night comedy later this season. She will play reprise her role as J.C. Small, Molly's (Melissa McCarthy) literary idol who appeared in one episode earlier this season. In the upcoming episode, J.C. gets arrested by Mike (Billy Gardell) and Molly is forced to come to her rescue.
