ABC's The Club & Secrets & Lies; CBS' The Good Wife; FOX's Hieroglyph; Lifetime's The Lottery; NBC's Parks and Recreation; and USA's Benched.




LIFETIME's THE LOTTERY
  • Writer-producer Rick Eid (Hostages, Dark Blue) has inked an overall two-year deal with Warner Bros. Television. Under the new pact, he will develop new project for the studio as well as join the newly picked-up drama series as executive producer/showrunner.
ABC's THE CLUB
  • American Hustle writer/direct David O. Russell has departed the ABC drama series he was to co-writer with Susannah Grant - which received a straight-to-series order. The order for 13 episodes remains in place despite his departure.
  • The drama series has also added its first regular cast member - Callie Hernandez (Sin City 2). She will play Ana, who works at the club, secretly stealing and pawning off nice items from her workplace.
FOX's HIEROGLYPH
  • John Rhys-Davies (the Lord of the Rings franchise) has been cast on the drama as a series regular. He will play Vocifer, Ambrose's one-time mentor who was a dashing thief back in his day.
CBS' THE GOOD WIFE
  • Jill Hennessy (Law & Order, Crossing Jordan) will guest star on an upcoming episode of the legal procedural. She will play a power lawyer named Rayna Hecht. In the episode, Alicia (Julianna Margulies) and Cary (Matt Czuchry) battle to align with the powerful New York lawyer who could become a potential partner.
ABC's SECRETS & LIES
  • Indiana Evans (Blue Lagoon), Charles Dutton (Zero Hour), Steven Brand (Magic City) and Kate Ashfield (Shaun of the Dead) have joined the cast of the upcoming drama series. Evans will play Natalie, Ben (Ryan Phillippe) and Christy's (KaDee Strickland) teenage daughter. Dutton, Brand and Ashfield will play neighbors Kevin Williams, Joseph Turner and Vanessa Turner, respectively.
USA's BENCHED
  • Carter MacIntyre (Drop Dead Diva) has been cast as a series regular on the upcoming comedy starring Eliza Coupe. He will play Trent, Nina's (Coupe) ex-fiancé and professional nemesis.
NBC's PARKS AND RECREATION
  • The Thursday night comedy is no stranger to cameo appearances by real-life politicians. Vice President Joe Biden and Senators John McCain, Barbara Boxer and Olympia Snowe have all appeared in the comedy. Now, First Lady Michelle Obama will make a special cameo appearance during the comedy's sixth season finale set for Thursday, April 24.
