Casting News - Nathalie Emmanuel Promoted to Regular on 'Game of Thrones'; 'The Crazy Ones' Casts Gordon's Husband; Plus 2 More Updates!

ABC's Mistresses; CBS's The Crazy Ones; HBO's Game of Thrones; and NBC's About a Boy.





ABC's MISTRESSES
  • Rebeka Montoya (General Hospital) and newcomer Catherine Kim have joined the ABC soap as recurring for its second season. Montoya will play Toni, a Latina lawyer whose ambition is matched by her beauty and whose presence will shake things up for a couple main characters. Kim will play Mia, Karen's (Yunjin Kim) patient who leads her down a twisted path.
HBO's GAME OF THRONES
  • Nathalie Emmanuel - who has played a recurring role on the fantasy series throughout the third season and the upcoming fourth season - has been promoted to series regular for Season 5, which has not been formally picked up but that's simply a formality. She will plays former slave Missandei who has a gift for languages and becomes Daenerys' (Emilia Clarke) confidant and trusted advisor.
NBC's ABOUT A BOY
  • Will Sasso (MADtv, Justified) will guest star on the upcoming comedy series as a love interest for Minnie Driver's Fiona. He will play her new plumber who Will inadvertently gets her to ask out when he discovers she hasn't been on a date in a long time. 
CBS's THE CRAZY ONES
  • Major Crimes star Jonathan Del Arco is heading to the Robin Williams-starring comedy with a recurring role starting in April. He will play Timothy, Gorden's (Brad Garrett) husband, a former competitive diver who has become fed-up with Gordon's lack of spontaneity.
