CBS's UNTITLED TAYLOR ELMORE & BEN CAVELL PROJECT

- Written by Taylor Elmore and Ben Cavell from a story the two co-wrote with John Cusack and Kevin McCabe, the untitled project is set in the world of Wall Street power and money. Elmore, Cavell, Cusack and McCabe will executive produce with Sarah Timberman and Carl Beverly. CBS Television Studios and Timberman-Beverly Productions will produce. There is currently no plans for Cusack - who's always heavily sought after during pilot season - to star in the project.
CBS's UNTITLED DAVID MARSHALL GRANT PROJECT

- Based on the Israeli series Ran Quartet, the untitled project is a soapy medical show revolving around quadruplets - three brothers and a sister - who grew up on a reality show. David Marshall Grant penned the pilot script and will executive produce with Sarah Timberman, Carl Beverly, Yona Wiesenthal, Avi Armoza, Eilon Ratzkovsky, Giyora Yahalom, Oren Jakobi, Tariq Jalil and David Garrett. CBS Television Studios and Timberman-Beverly Productions will produce.
ABC's HOW TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER
- Aja Naomi King (Emily Owens MD, The Black Box) has been cast on the ABC drama pilot from Peter Nowalk and Shonda Rhimes. She will play Michaela Pratt, one of the law students at the center of the series who is described as being ambitious and confident.
NBC's BAD JUDGE
- Arden Myrin (MADtv) has joined the cast of the single camera comedy pilot starring Kate Walsh. She will play Jenny, Rebecca's (Walsh) best friend who is privy to all the details of Rebecca's scattered, tumultuous romantic life.
AMC's PREACHER

- AMC today announced an agreement to develop Preacher - based on the 90's comic book series by Garth Ennis and Steve Dillon - as a dramatic series with Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg (This Is the End) set to write and Breaking Bad's Sam Catlin as showrunner. Preacher follows Reverend Jesse Custer, a tough Texas preacher, who has learned that God has left Heaven and abandoned His responsibilities. He finds himself the only person capable of tracking God down, demanding answers, and making Him answer for His dereliction of duty. Accompanying Jesse is his former girlfriend and a friendly vampire. On his tail is an immortal, unstoppable killing machine named the Saint of Killer - a wester lone gunman archetype whose sole purpose is to hunt and kill Jesse. Rogen, Goldberg, Catlin, Neal Mortiz, Vivian Cannon, Ori Marmur, Ken Levin and Jason Netter will serve as executive producers. Sony Pictures Television, Point Grey Pictures and Original Films will produce.
NBC's ODYSSEY
- Peter Facinelli (Nurse Jackie, Glee) will star opposite Anna Friel and Jake Robinson on the drama pilot co-written and directed by Peter Horton. The pilot centers on three families whose lives are torn apart when a stranded female soldier (Friel), a disillusioned corporate attorney (Facinelli) and a disrespected political activist (Robinson) are pulled into the same shocking international military conspiracy.
FX's MAN SEEKING WOMAN
- Jay Baruchel (Undeclared, This Is the End) has signed on to play the leading role on the comedy pilot based on Simon Rich's book, The Last Girlfriend on Earth. He will play Josh Greenberg, a naive romantic on a desperate quest for love. When his longtime girlfriend dumps him, Josh enters the dating scene, a nightmarish hellscape of untold horror, hoping to find someone who will make all the misery worth it.
