Casting News - March 11, 2014
CBS' Extant & The Good Wife; FX's Married; MTV's Teen Wolf; and Starz's Flesh and Bone.
MTV's TEEN WOLF
- Mason Dye (Flowers in the Attic), Khylin Rhambo (Ender's Game) and Dylan Sprayberry (Glee) are joining the drama series for its fourth season. Dye will play a new student who play lacrosse. Rhambo will play Mason, a gay freshman with a sense of humor. Sprayberry will play Liam, a cocky freshman who impresses his teammates with his athletic abilities.
CBS' EXTANT
- Louis Gossett Jr. (An Officer and a Gentleman, Roots) will appear in at least two episodes of the new drama series. He will play Quinn, Molly's (Halle Berry) affable but undependable father, a retired doctor living out his days in an isolated island community, out of touch with the world and estranged from his daughter. He will first appear in the fourth episode.
CBS' THE GOOD WIFE
- Laura Benanti (The Sound of Music Live!) will guest on an upcoming episode of the legal drama. She will appear as the new fiancée of Colin Sweeney (Dylan Baker), who is "beautifully suited for him." Her episode will air in late April or early May.
STARZ's FLESH AND BONE
- Ben Daniels (House of Cards) has joined the cast of the upcoming drama series starring Sarah Hay. He will play Paul Grayson, the volatile and brilliant artistic director of a prestigious ballet company in New York.
FX's MARRIED
- Regina Hall (Best Man Holiday) is set as recurring on the upcoming comedy series. She will play Roxanne, AJ's (Brett Gelman) ex-wife who is now engaged to a much more emotionally stable guy but AJ is still making her life difficult.
