ABC's GREY'S ANATOMY
  • Isaiah Washington is set to reprise his role as Dr. Preston Burke in an upcoming May episode of the long-running drama series. His character was written out of the series in the Season 3 finale, after Burke left Cristina (Sandra Oh) at the altar.
  • In a statement, creator Shonda Rhimes said, "It's important to me that Christina's journey unfolds exactly as it should. Burke is vital to that journey - he gives her story that full-circle moment we need to properly say goodbye to our beloved Cristina Yang."
HBO's TRUE BLOOD
  • After recurring on the vampire drama throughout its first six seasons, Tara Buck has been upped to series regular for the series' upcoming seventh and final season. She plays Ginger, the fan-favorite blood-serving barmaid.
ABC's THE CLUB
  • Chris Conroy has booked a series regular role on the drama series which was ordered straight-to-series. He will play Forty Holbrooke, a rich and handsome man who was doing fine in life until his mother killed herself, leaving him everything. Since then, he's been staggering through life with too much money and too little real support.
DIRECTV's NAVY ST.
  • Joanna Going (House of Cards) has landed a series regular role on the upcoming drama series. She will play Christina Hyatt, Alvey's (Frank Grillo) ex-wife and mother to Jay (Jonathan Tucker) and Nate (Nick Jonas).
