SHOWTIME's MASTERS OF SEX
- Courtney B. Vance and Rene Auberjonois have joined the cast of the drama's upcoming second season in recurring roles. Vance will play Dr. Hendricks, the head of an African-American hospital in St. Louis whose goal is to racially integrate his hospital. Auberjonois will play Dr. Papanikolaou, a former professor of Dr. DePaul (Julianne Nicholson), who she and Virginia (Lizzy Caplan) hope will endorse their screening program that uses the test named after him: the Pap smear.
NBC's BAD JUDGE
- Nurse Jackie co-creator Liz Brixius has joined the new comedy series as executive producer and showrunner. Written by Chad Kultgen, Bad Judge stars Kate Walsh as wild child Rebecca Wright who knows how to have a good time but also happens to be on of L.A.'s toughest and most respected criminal court judges.
USA's DIG
- Lauren Ambrose (Six Feet Under) has joined the cast of the upcoming event series. She will play Debbie, a dedicated follower of evangelist Ted Billingham (David Costabile). She spends most of her time looking after fellow disciple 13-year-old Josh (Zen McGrath), but when Josh suddenly disappears, Debbie begins to question the beliefs and choices that have led her to this isolated place.
FOX's ENLISTED
- FOX will air the four remaining episodes of the now-canceled comedy starting Sunday, June 1 at 8/7c.
