ABC FAMILY's RECOVERY ROAD
- Samantha Logan (Melissa & Joey, 666 Park Avenue) has landed the lead role on the drama pilot from writers Bert V. Royal and Karen DiConcetto. She will play Maddie Graham, a party girl who doesn't think she has a problem, until she's confronted by her school guidance counselor and forced to choose between expulsion and rehab.
USA's DIFFICULT PEOPLE
- USA has ordered a pilot presentation for the half-hour comedy project co-created and starring Billy on the Street team Billy Eichner and Julie Klausner. In Difficult People, the duo star as frustrated comedians and pop culture-loving best friends living in New York City who hate everyone - except each other. Amy Poehler, Dave Becky and Michele Armour will serve as executive producers, with Andrew Fleming set to direct. Universal Cable Productions and 3 Arts Entertainment will produce.
AMAZON's HYSTERIA
- Josh Stewart (The Dark Knight Rises) is set as the male lead on the drama pilot starring Mena Suvari. He will play a local man who is trying to reconnect with his family after he tragically had an affair with the family babysitter, and now finds the girl not wanting to let go.
