CBS' Extant; Comedy Central's Big Time in Hollywood, FL; FOX's New Girl; FX's Sons of Anarchy; NBC's Aquarius & The Mysteries of Laura; and Netflix's Orange Is the New Black.




FX's SONS OF ANARCHY
  • Glee star Lea Michele will appear in the October 14 episode of the biker drama's seventh and final season. She will play Gertie, a truck stop waitress and single mom who connects with Gemma (Katey Sagal) during a difficult time.
CBS' EXTANT
  • After two consecutive weeks of ratings declines, CBS has moved the sci-fi drama starring Halle Berry to an hour later at 10/9c., leading out Criminal Minds repeats. The move will effectively begin this week with the drama's fourth episode.
NBC's AQUARIUS
  • Tara Lynne Barr has booked a recurring role on the upcoming event series starring David Duchovny. She will play Katie, one of Manson's (Gethin Anthony) adoring acolytes who helps him lay a trap for the unwitting Emma (Emma Dumont) and later joins in the when Manson deflowers his new recruit.
NBC's THE MYSTERIES OF LAURA
  • Kahyun Kim has been cast in a recurring role on the new drama series starring Debra Messing. She will play Sammi, a whip smart and feisty political activist who bonds with Laura (Messing) when she's arrested during a protest.
NETFLIX's ORANGE IS THE NEW BLACK
  • Fringe alum Blair Brown has been cast on the upcoming third season of the hit prison series. Details on her role are being kept tightly under wraps.
FOX's NEW GIRL
  • Veep star Reid Scott will appear on the fourth season premiere of the hit comedy. He will play Ted, the charming man who inspires some not-so-friendly competition between Jess (Zooey Deschanel) and Kat (guest star Jessica Biel).
COMEDY CENTRAL's BIG TIME IN HOLLYWOOD, FL
  • Cuba Gooding Jr., Michael Madsen and Keith David have booked major roles on the new comedy series. Gooding Jr. will appear as a fictionalized version of himself, Madsen will play a grizzled alcoholic private investigator in at least four episodes. David will play a federal agent sent to investigate Cartel activity in Hollywood, Florida in at least six episodes.
