Casting News - 'Blue Bloods' Adds Rebecca Mader; Lev Gorn Upped to Regular on 'The Americans'; Plus 3 More Updates!

CBS' Blue Bloods & NCIS; FX's The Americans; HBO's The Brink; and NBC's Constantine.





HBO's THE BRINK
  • Rob Brydon (Gavin & Stacey) and Michelle Gomez (Doctor Who) will guest star on the upcoming dark comedy. They will play Martin and Vanessa respectively, an intelligent, tight-knit, eccentric couple.
CBS' BLUE BLOODS
  • Rebecca Mader (Lost, Once Upon a Time) will guest star in a November episode of the drama's fifth season. She will play Tori, a sexy and brilliant attorney who is Erin's (Bridget Moynahan) old law school rival and specializes in getting notorious criminals off for the crimes they have committed.
NBC's CONSTANTINE
  • Emmett Scanlan (Atlantis, The Fall) has joined the cast of the fall drama in a recurring role. He will play Detective Jim Corrigan, a potential ally who is obsessed with justice and who doesn't let police procedure or red tape stop him from putting away the bad guys.
FX's THE AMERICANS
  • Lev Gorn, who has appeared in almost every episode of the drama's first two seasons, has been promoted to series regular for the period drama's upcoming third season. He plays Arkady Ivanovich, the KGB's United States resident who works out of the Soviet Embassy.
CBS' NCIS
  • Lev Gorn has also booked a recurring role on the upcoming twelfth season of the veteran procedural. He will play Russian Deputy Ambassador Anton Yelic. The role may also cross over to the upcoming spinoff NCIS: New Orleans.
