CBS' THE GOOD WIFE
  • Emmy winner Archie Panjabi will exit the critically-acclaimed drama series at the end of its current sixth season. Additionally, she has landed a talent holding deal with 20th Century Fox Television to topline an untitled drama pilot, to be filmed in this upcoming development cycle for consideration in the 2015-16 broadcast season.
NBC's MISSION CONTROL
  • The broadcast network has opted not to continue on production of the midseason period comedy starring Krysten Ritter - and featuring a Better Off Ted reunion with Malcolm Barrett and Jonathan Slavin. According to several reports, recasting issues are to blame.
FOX's BONES
  • Mindy Cohn (The Facts of Life) will appear on an upcoming episode of the veteran procedural. She will play Valentina, Daisy's (Carla Gallo) New Age-focused doula.
AMC's HUMANS
  • Oscar winner William Hurt (Kiss of the Spider Woman, Damages) has joined the cast of the upcoming drama. He will play George Millican, a widower who forges something akin to a father-son relationship with his out-of-date synth Odi.
SYFY's DARK MATTER
  • Syfy has acquired the 13-episode original drama series adaptation of the Dark House graphic novels, to be written by Stargate vets Joseph Mallozzi and Paul Mullie. The series follows a crew of a derelict spaceship awakened from stasis with no memories of who they are or how they got on board. Facing threats at every turn, they have to work together to survive a voyage charged with vengeance, betrayal and hidden secrets. Prodigy Pictures and Endemol will produce. Jay Firestone and Vanessa Piazza will also serve as executive producers.
CBS' NCIS
  • Jamie Bamber (Battlestar Galactica) has booked a November sweeps guest spot on the long-running procedural. He will play Jake Malloy, Ellie Bishop's (Emily Wickersham) husband and a NSA attorney.
FOX's RED BAND SOCIETY
  • Mistresses star Jes Macallan has been cast in a multi-episode arc on the hospital-set drama. She will play Ashely Cole, Hunter's (guest star Daren Kagasoff) sister.
