NBC's SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE
  • After several memorable appearances this year, Leslie Jones has been promoted from writer to full-fledged featured performer on the late night sketch comedy series - effective at the start of the October 25 episode to be hosted by Jim Carrey.
NBC's THE SLAP
  • Lucas Hedges (Kill the Messenger) and Penn Badgley (Gossip Girl) have been cast on the miniseries starring Peter Sarsgaard and Mary-Louise Parker. Hedges will play Ritchie, Connie's (Makenzie Leigh) friend who accompanies her to Hector's birthday party. Badgley will play Jamie, Anouk's (Parker) 25-year-old boyfriend.
ABC's SCANDAL
  • Battlestar Galactica alum Michael Trucco will appear in an upcoming episode of the hit drama's fourth season. He will play Charles Putney, Abby's (Darby Stanchfield) ex-husband and the youngest son of former Virginia Governor James Putney. She divorced him after he physically assaulted her in a drunken rage.
NBC's LAW & ORDER: SVU
  • The veteran procedural is set to tackle the "ripped from the headlines: issues of domestic violence in professional sports in its November 19 episode. Chad Coleman (The Walking Dead) will appear as a football player-turned-reporter who is caught abusing his ex-girlfriend - played by Deception star Meagan Good - on camera and both will want to keep the charges under the radar.
CBS' HAWAII FIVE-0
  • Lost vet Rebecca Mader has booked a guest spot on an upcoming episode of the drama's fifth season. She will play Nicole, the dynamic, smart and edgy recovery specialist for a big insurance company.
A&E's BATES MOTEL
  • Revolution star Tracy Spiridakos has been cast in a recurring role on the drama's upcoming third season. She will play Annika Johnson, a mystery woman who shows up at the motel.
