TNT's UNTITLED MICHELLE ASHFORD PROJECT
- Weeds alum Elizabeth Perkins has been cast on the drama pilot from writer Michelle Ashford. She will play Josephine "Jojo" Nickel, all peroxide and cleavage with a penchant for gambling at the dog track, who raised her son, Bobby, as a single mother. A true local with deeply Southern roots, Jojo now has her own ambitions: Bobby's father-in-law, Corwin.
AMC's WE HATE PAUL REVERE
- The cable network has passed on its first half-hour comedy pilot. The project was written by and starred Ethan Sandler and Adrian Wenner as brothers Hugh and Ebenezer Moody and their struggle to find the recognition they believe they deserve as they live in the shadow of history in Colonial Boston. The cast also included Ron Livingston, Scott Adsit and Olafur Darri Olafsson.
USA's THE QUEEN OF THE SOUTH
- Charlotte Sieling (The Bridge, The Strain) has signed on to direct the drama pilot from writers M.A. Fortin and Joshua John Miller and starring Alice Braga.
