ABC Family's Kevin From Work & Tough Cookie; CBS' Untitled Criminal Minds Spinoff; Comedy Central's Detroiters; and NBC's The Curse of the Fuentes Women & Love Is a Four Letter Word.




ABC FAMILY's TOUGH COOKIE
  • Rick Gonzalez (Rush) has landed a regular role on the comedy pilot starring Shoshana Bush. He will play Seth Whitfield, who works for the San Francisco Department of Children's Services.
ABC FAMILY's KEVIN FROM WORK
  • Jordan Hinson (Eureka) will appear as a regular and Amy Sedaris (Strangers With Candy) as a guest star on the comedy pilot starring Noah Reid. Hinson will play Roxie, Kevin's (Reid) younger sister who moves to Los Angeles on a whim and things always seem to work out for her, unlike her brother. Sedaris will play Julia, Kevin's boss who delights in taunting Kevin sexually, with the knowledge that he'll never get a promotion or a raise.
NBC's THE CURSE OF THE FUENTES WOMEN
  • NBC has given a pilot order to drama The Curse of the Fuentes Women written by Silvio Horta (Ugly Betty). Andrew Maher also executive produces. Warner Bros. Television and Silent H. Productions produce. When a magical and mysterious young man inexplicably emerges from the ocean, he breathes new passion into the lives of the Fuentes women - the beautiful but lonely Lola, her ailing mother Esperanza and her troubled daughter Soledad.
NBC's LOVE IS A FOUR LETTER WORD
  • NBC has also handed out a pilot order to drama Love Is a Four Letter Word written by Diana Son. Mikkel Bondesen, Henrik Bastin and Kristen Campo also executive produce. 20th Century Fox Television and Fabrik Entertainment produce. The project chronicles the collision of race, sexuality and gender roles when three diverse couples put modern marriage to the test.
COMEDY CENTRAL's DETROITERS
  • The cable network has ordered a pilot for single camera comedy Detroiters written by and starring Tim Robinson (Saturday Night Live) and Sam Richardson (Veep). Additional executive producers are Jason Sudeikis, Lorne Michaels, Joe Kelly and Zach Kanin. The project revolves around Sam and Tim, two local ad men who make low-budget commercials in Detroit. But, much like the city in which they live, the best friends aspire to achieve greater things.
CBS' UNTITLED CRIMINAL MINDS SPINOFF
  • CSI: NY star Gary Sinise has been tapped to topline the planted spinoff of the hit drama Criminal Minds. He will play Jack Garrett, a 20-year veteran of the FBI who is currently in charge of the bureau's top team for handling cases involving Americans in trouble abroad.
