NBC's BLINDSPOT
  • Strike Back star Sullivan Stapleton has been cast as the male lead on the drama pilot starring Jaimie Alexander. He will play FBI Special Agent Kurt Weller, the leader of an elite FBI unit who is called in to investigate Jane Doe (Alexander) - who has his name written on her back - and the conspiracy.
NBC's ENDGAME
  • Strike Back star Philip Winchester has been cast in the lead role on the drama pilot written by John Rogers. He will play Alex, a former intelligence officer turned security expert who is drawn into a mysterious conspiracy that forces him to complete a series of heroic challenges in order to save innocent lives.
NBC's LOVE IS A FOUR LETTER WORD
  • The Mentalist co-star Rockmond Dunbar has signed on as the male lead on the drama pilot written by Diana Son. He will play Nick, a charismatic and charming ad agency entrepreneur whose first marriage to Julie, the mother of two of his children, broke up over his affair with Fiona, now his wife. Nick and Fiona have an open marriage, and Fiona takes full advantage of it - but through the years, Nick has always pined for Julie, the true love of his life.
CBS' DOUBT
  • Dulé Hill (Psych) and Kobi Libii (Alpha House) will co-star on the drama pilot written by Tony Phelan and Joan Rater. Hill will play Albert, Sadie's law partner and close friend with a good sense of humor who is working with her on a very high-profile case, representing a member of a prominent New York family. Libbi will play Nick, a smart, ambitious and enterprising recent law school graduate who is determined to work with the best criminal defense attorney in New York.
NBC's STRANGE CALLS
  • Patrick Brammall - who co-starred in the original Australian series - will reprise his role for the U.S. remake. He will play Lloyd, a macho cop who made Sergeant at a young age, but is not quite as smart, tough or cool as he thinks he is. In fact, his flawless record and success as an officer are based on his philosophy of confronting the easy-to-solve crimes and pretending the not-so-easy ones never happened.
FOX's FANTASY LIFE
  • Utkarsh Ambudkar (Pitch Perfect, The Mindy Project) has been cast on the comedy pilot starring Kevin Connolly. He will play Max, an outgoing and sometimes embarrassingly obsequious IT guy at Fox Sports who is a fantasy football buff and longtime fan of Mitch's (Connolly) - who he hopes will hire him as his personal assistant.
CBS' LIFE IN PIECES
  • Dianne Wiest (In Treatment) and Zoe Lister-Jones (New Girl) have booked regular roles on the comedy pilot starring Colin Hanks and Betsy Brandt. Wiest will play family matriarch Joan Short, who adores her family and would do absolutely anything for them - as long as she agrees with it. Jones will play Jen Short, Greg's (Hanks) wife, a woman used to being in control who now has a baby and finds for the first time she's not.
ABC's FLESH AND BLOOD
  • Liam James (The Way, Way Back) has landed the key role on the untitled drama pilot written by Jenna Bans. He will play Adam Warren, a politician's youngest son who was presumed dead after disappearing over a decade ago. Having been gone for so long, he maintains much of the behavior and mannerisms of an 8-year-old boy, which is unsettling and heartbreaking at the same time.
FOX's LUCIFER
  • After lengthy negotiations, FOX and Warner Bros. Television have closed a deal for a pilot order to drama Lucifer written by Tom Kapinos. Len Wiseman will direct the pilot, as well as executive produce with Kapinos, Jerry Bruckheimer and Jonathan Littman. KristieAnne Reed is a co-executive producer. Jerry Bruckheimer Television and Aggressive Mediocrity are also producing. Based on the characters created by Neil Gaiman, Sam Kieth and Mike Dringenberg for DC Entertainment's Vertigo imprint, the project centers on Lucifer who, bored and unhappy as the Lord of Hell, resigns his throne and abandons his kingdom for the gorgeous, shimmering insanity of Los Angeles, where he gets his kicks helping the LAPD punish criminals.
ABC's UNTITLED NBA PROJECT
  • Jami Gertz is reuniting with The Neighbors producers Dan Fogelman and Aaron Kaplan for a co-starring role on the comedy pilot starring Skylar Astin. She will play Jason's (Astin) good-natured and supportive mother.
NBC's UNTITLED MONICA POTTER PROJECT
  • Eddie Cibrian (Third Watch), Donald Faison (The Exes), Rory Scovel (Ground Floor) and Josh Hopkins (Cougar Town) have been cast on the comedy pilot starring Monica Potter. Cibrian will play Jason, a slick professional gambler who fathered Bridget's (Potter) daughter, Jessica, and is her first ex who is slightly territorial of her. Faison will play Kevin, Bridget's second ex, an upbeat environmentalist with a lot of cash and the father of her son, Ty. Scovel will play Robert, Bridget's third ex, a stuck-up writer/college professor who is insufferable despite living with his mom and the father to her son, Dylan. Hopkins will play Tom, a veterinarian who's known Bridget for years and they're in the first stages of puppy love. Faison's casting on the prospective series is in first position over TV Land's The Exes.
