Development News - Wesley Snipes Returns to TV for 'Endgame'; Calista Flockhart to Co-Star on 'Supergirl'; Plus 1 More Update!

CBS' Supergirl; and NBC's Cuckoo & Endgame.

  • Wesley Snipes (Blade) has booked his first TV series regular role in 25 years on the drama pilot written by John Rogers. Also cast on the pilot today is Damon Gupton (The Divide). Snipes will play Johnson, the unflappable, analytical and mysterious Pit Boss for The Game who keeps an eye on the big picture but is also capable of cleaning up a mess when things spiral too far out of control. Gupton will play Cal Brown, a Las Vegas police detective and Alex's (Philip Winchester) friend.
  • YouTube personality Flula Borg has landed the title role on the comedy pilot written by Robin French, Kieron Quirke and Tim Long. He will play Cuckoo, a charming but infuriating eccentric who marries a girl from a middle-class family and clashes with her father.
  • Calista Flockhart (Ally McBeal, Brothers & Sisters) is returning to network television with a co-starring role on the drama pilot starring Melissa Benoist. She will play Cat Grant, Kara's (Benoist) boss, a self-made media magnate and founder of CatCo who started her career as a reporter and has built her company into a global powerhouse.
