Casting News - Zachary Quinto Books 'Hannibal' Role; Lance Bass & Hunter Parrish Join 'Hand of God'; Plus 4 More Updates!

Amazon's Hand of God; CBS' Hawaii Five-0 & Zoo; Cinemax's The Knick; and NBC's Hannibal & Law & Order: SVU.





NBC's HANNIBAL
  • Zachary Quinto (Heroes, The Slap) has landed a guest-starring role on the drama's upcoming third season. He will play a patient of Dr. Bedelia's (Gillian Anderson) in at least one episode.
AMAZON's HAND OF GOD
  • Erykah Badu, Lance Bass, Hunter Parrish, Jon Tenney and Jacob Vargas have booked recurring roles on the upcoming drama. Badu will play April, a bohemian weed dealer and Crystal's (Dana Delany) close confidante. Bass will play Exotic Jerry, an eccentric and irrepressibly enthusiastic face of Jerry's Exotic Fish Store. Parrish will play Josh, PJ's best friend and former business partner who comforts Jocelyn (Alona Tal). Tenney will play Nick Tramble, Jocelyn's high-powered and expensively dressed attorney. Vargas will play Julio, a grifter and graffiti artst who always ends up on the wrong side of the law.
CBS' HAWAII FIVE-0
  • Pauly Shore, Jaleel White and Kevin Farley will appear in an April episode of the drama's current fifth season. The trio will play a group of married men who can't piece together their wild night out, the morning after - which is troubling after a young woman is found murdered in the men's hotel suite.
NBC's LAW & ORDER: SVU
  • Rob Morrow (Numb3rs) will guest star in the April 1 episode of the veteran police prodecural. He will play Skip Peterson, a newsmagazine host whose sensationalized reporting of a campus gang rape inhibits Benson (Mariska Hargitay) and the team from completing their investigation.
CBS' ZOO
  • Carl Lumbly (Alias, The Returned) has joined the cast of the upcoming drama starring James Wolk. He will play Delavane, an enigmatic, veteran Interpol agent embedded within the hierarchy of the General Secretariat, who takes matters into his own hands when faced with what he believes to be a global animal crisis.
CINEMAX's THE KNICK
  • Newcomer Arielle Goldman has booked a recurring role on the drama's upcoming second season. She will play Genevieve, a worldly young woman with an adventurous spirit. The daughter of a shirt maker, she is a writer for Collier's and is not afraid to shake things up.
