NBC's LOVE IS A FOUR LETTER WORD
- Following the table read, the drama pilot is making a major casting change with co-star Cynthia McWilliams set to replace Meta Golding as the female lead. McWilliams will now play Julie, a successful attorney who is Nick's (Rockmond Dunbar) ex-wife and the mother of his two children. McWilliams was originally cast as Tandi, which is now being recast. Golding will no longer appear in any capacity on the pilot.
NBC's SUPERSTORE
- Ugly Betty star America Ferrera has signed on to star in and produce the comedy pilot written by Justin Spitzer. She will play Amy, who has been working at Cloud 9 for 10 years as a floor supervisor. She is initially put off by newbie Jonah's (Ben Feldman) unconsciously superior attitude and the fact that he clowns around on the job. Despite a rocky start, the two quickly bond as Jonah gets Amy to find more joy at work, and she starts to become quite allured by the new hire.

- Tracey Fairaway, Khary Payton, Megan West and Nick Eversman have joined the cast of the drama pilot written by Sallie Patrick. No details were immediately available on the characters they will be playing.
