NBC Sets Summer Premiere Dates for 'America's Got Talent,' 'American Ninja Warrior,' 'Aquarius' & 'Hannibal'

NBC has rolled out the first stage of its upcoming summer 2015 lineup - setting premiere dates for unscripted hits America's Got Talent and American Ninja Warrior, the debut of limited series Aquarius starring David Duchovny and the third season return of Hannibal.

The network will kick things off on Monday, May 25 with the return of American Ninja Warrior at 8/7c. with a two-hour premiere. America's Got Talent will then premiere the following night, Tuesday, May 26 at 8/7c.

NBC is also hoping to keep some momentum building on Thursday nights by continuing to plug in scripted dramas. Aquarius, a period drama starring Duchovny as a detective tracking down Charles Manson, will make its debut on Thursday, May 28 at 9/8c. with a special two-hour debut. The following week on Thursday, June 4, Hannibal will return for its third season at 10/9c. That also means NBC will be having an X-Files reunion of sorts for the night as Gillian Anderson was promoted to a series regular for Hannibal's third season.

Additional series yet to be scheduled - but are expected to debut sometime during the summer months - include new seasons of reality shows Last Comic Standing, Hollywood Game Night and Food Fighters, the second season of comedy import Welcome to Sweden and new comedy Mr. Robinson starring Craig Robinson.
