NETFLIX's MARSEILLE
- Gerard Depardieu has been cast in the lead role on the upcoming drama series - the streaming service's first French original series. He will play Robert Taro, major of the city for 25 years, who in the coming elections will face the young upstart he chose as his heir - to be played by Benoit Magimel. Also joining the cast today are Geraldine Pallhas and Nadia Fares. Directors for the first season include Florent Emilio Siri, Xavier Gens and Cedric Anger.
THE CW's ARROW
- Neal McDonough (Justified, Suits) has joined the cast of the drama's upcoming fourth season in the pivotal and regular role of Damien Darhk. On the drama, Damien is a mysterious and sophisticated villain, and an adversary of the late Ra's Al Ghul. Now the leader of his own clandestine group, this cunning foe will prove to be one of the Arrow's greatest challenges.
ABC's ONCE UPON A TIME
- Elliot Knight (Sinbad), Joana Metrass (Sinais de Vida) and Andrew Jenkins (Wayward Pines) have landed recurring roles on the drama's upcoming fifth season. Knight will play Merlin. Metrass will play Quinevere. Jenkins will play Percival.
AMC's THE WALKING DEAD
- The hit drama series will return for its sixth season on Sunday, October 11 at 9/8c. with a special 90-minute premiere episode, it was announced today ahead of the show's Comic-Con panel. Additionally, Merritt Wever (Nurse Jackie) and Ethan Embry (Grace and Frankie) have been cast in undisclosed recurring roles.
AMC's FEAR THE WALKING DEAD
- The companion series to The Walking Dead will make its series premiere on Sunday, August 23 at 9/8c. with a special 90-minute episode, it was announced today ahead of the show's Comic-Con panel.
ABC's OF KINGS AND PROPHETS
- So You Think You Can Dance winner Jeanine Mason has joined the cast of the upcoming drama as a series regular. She will play Merav, the eldest daughter of King Saul (Ray Winstone) and Queen Ahinoam (Simone Kessell) and sister to Michal (Maisie Richardson-Sellers).
CBS' SCORPION
- After heavily recurring in Season 1, Riley Smith has been promoted to series regular status for the drama's upcoming second season. He plays Ralph, Paige's (Katharine McPhee) son who Walter (Elyes Gabel) takes under his wing.
USA's COLONY
- Showrunner Carlton Cuse announced during the show's Comic-Con panel that Carl Weathers (Rocky), Kathy Baker (Picket Fences), Kathleen Rose Perkins (Episodes) and Paul Guilfoyle (CSI) will guest star on the upcoming drama's first season.
STARZ's ASH VS. EVIL DEAD
- The upcoming sequel series to the Evil Dead film franchise will debut on Saturday, October 31 at 9/8c., it was announced today during the show's Comic-Con panel.
