ABC's Castle; BBC America's Doctor Who; CBS' Mom; HBO's Westworld; Showtime's Twin Peaks; and USA's Colony.





ABC's CASTLE
  • Charles Mesure (Desperate Housewives, V) will appear on an upcoming episode of the drama's eighth season. He will play Liam Hollister, a high-stakes transporter of priceless items who gets in over his head with a heist gone bad.
BBC AMERICA's DOCTOR WHO
  • Jenna Coleman will exit the veteran drama series at the end of its upcoming ninth season. She played Clara, the Doctor's (Peter Capaldi) companion, since 2012. The actress has already lined up her next gig - playing the lead role in an ITV miniseries about Queen Victoria.
USA's COLONY
  • Thora Birch (American Beauty, Ghost World) has been cast in a major recurring role on the upcoming drama starring Josh Holloway and Sarah Wayne Callies. She will play Mogan, a laid back software engineer with a conscience.
HBO's WESTWORLD
  • Tessa Thompson (Dear White People, Copper) has joined the cast of the upcoming drama as a new series regular. She will play Charlotte Hale, a mysterious and savvy provocateur with a unique perspective on Westworld.
CBS' MOM
  • Harry Hamlin (Mad Men, Shameless) has landed a recurring role on the comedy's upcoming third season. He will play Fred, a man Christy (Anna Faris) flirts with at a country club only to learn that he is Candace's (Sara Rue) father.
SHOWTIME's TWIN PEAKS
  • Amanda Seyfried (Big Love, Ted 2) has been cast in a pivotal role on the upcoming revival of the hit 90s drama. No details were immediately released about the character she will be playing. However, the show does confirm she will be playing a new character.
