SHOWTIME's I'M DYING UP HERE
- Alfred Molina, Dylan Baker, Al Madrigal, Jon Daly, Robert Forster and Cathy Moriarty will guest star in the dark comedy pilot written by Dave Flebotte. Molina will play Carl, a marginal at best talent manager, dated in dress and relevance, who despite his high opinion of himself is not very successful. Baker will play Johnny Carson. Madrigal will play Edgar Martinez, a loose cannon comedian who lives in his own world, loves to party and doesn't take it all too seriously. Daly will play Arnie, a struggling comic who does a little of everything at the club. Forster will play Guy Appuzo, Clay's (Sebastian Stan) dad, old school in his thinking and unimpressed by the chaotic comedy world. Moriarty will play Angie Appuzo, Clay's mom, deeply religious but more open-minded about her son's career than her husband.
