Casting News - Eliza Coupe Books Recurring Role on 'Quantico'; Andy Garcia Joins 'Ballers'; Plus 4 More Updates!

  • Happy Endings alum Eliza Coupe has joined the cast of the drama's first season in a recurring role. She will play Hannah Wyland, a graduate of the FBI academy seven years ago whose ambition, looks and confidence has rocketed her past her competition. She can turn on the soap, sex and romance, but at heart she's a hardcore career agent with countless notches in her belt.
  • Veteran character actor Bill Smitrovich (The Last Ship) will appear in an upcoming episode of the drama's twelfth season. He will play an easy, funny, kind, fatherly therapist.
  • Andy Garcia (The Godfather Part III) has booked a major recurring role on the comedy's upcoming second season. He will play a high-profile financial guy who is the nemesis of Spencer (Dwayne Johnson). They have history in the sports world and it's not good.
  • Georgina Haig (Once Upon a Time, Reckless) has landed a recurring role on the drama's first season. She will play Piper, a formerly naive and sheltered woman who then lost everything. Now self-trained in many forms of combat, she has a mission to stop the man who took it from her - with Brian (Jake McDorman) as either her ally or enemy.
  • The four-hour miniseries starring Richard Dreyfuss and Blythe Danner will air on Wednesday, February 3 and Thursday, February 4 at 8/7c. The two night event also stars Tom Lipinski, Danny Defarrari, Peter Scolari, Erin Cummings, Michael Rispoli, Frank Whaley, Charles Grodin and Lewis Black.
  • Max Ehrich (Under the Dome) has been cast in a recurring role on the upcoming drama starring Aaron Paul and Michelle Monaghan. He will play Freddie Ridge, the drug-addicted, teenage son of a wealthy family whose parents offer to make a donation to the cult in exchange for his rehabilitation.
